Shipping & returns
United States: $10 flat rate per order.
International: $40 flat rate per order. Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. Those aren’t included in the price or the shipping, and they’re paid by the buyer.
Every piece ships from California. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
All sales are final. Every piece is a one-of-one, hand-sewn by Chili Sloop, so there’s no other size or colour to exchange it for, and we can’t accept returns.
The exception: if your piece arrives damaged, or it isn’t the piece you ordered, email chiliscreation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange the return and a full refund.
